Hello.  It's been a while since I've written anything so I thought I'd pop in a little update. I'm heading to the midwest today for the first time in over a year to visit my family and friends. It will be nice to see the flat lands again.  I hope it's not too cold. San Francisco is really beautiful and warm right now and I don't want to freeze!   I'm at Jenni's house right now and it's sad that she isn't coming to Illinois with me : ( Boo Hoo.  WE want to go to Peoria and eat at One World and see our wonderful friends together.
   I know I always say I'm excited about our new songs, but I'm REALLY excited to get back and record. Actually, I was the one who was least excited at first because I just wanted to release the EP, but Jen and Derrick talked me into it and now I'm in studio mode and ready to put in the work for this album.  Patience Patience Patience. That's what I have to practice.  Our first session was recording songs that we've been playing for a while and this time around it's all new and fresh. Like Jen said, some of the songs we haven't even played live yet. SO .... this should be fun.  I'll be documenting things with my new video camera that I got for my bday. Then I'll put up some video blogs for you all.
   Well, I'm cracked out on Philz coffee and need to finish some errands before I head to the airport.
